RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 14 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us. Returns will given if the form of a credit refund not cash. 

Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return. Tags on clothing must remain attached.

*Christmas Period Only *
Any Christmas Presents purchased in December, will have until the 15th January to exchange

Orders past 14 days will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on SALE items and Underwear/Swimwear items due to hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will refund the amount for the items returned less the original shipping fee charged

Local Returns (for orders within Cyprus)

  1. Email us at stating your order number (which can be found on the invoice emailed to you) and the products you would like to return and the reason of the return.
  2. Once your email is received and return request is approved, we will send you an email informing you on how to return the products back to us. The return process is to send it back to us at an ACS couriers branch
  3. Return costs are at the customer’s expense

International Returns

For International returns you as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns. Jellyfish Kids will not pay the postage of any unwanted items unless they are faulty. Jellfish Kids do not hold any reponsibsibilty for the cost of custom taxes and duties.

Should you receive a faulty item we will arrange repayment of shipping once goods have been received.

Please read the instructions on how to return an item;

  1. Email us at stating your order number (which can be found on the invoice emailed to you) and the products you would like to return and the reason of the return.
  2. Please post back to the following address:

Please send your return using a secure and trackable method. Please ask for and keep proof of postage. Posting is your responsibility and if the package is lost we will be unable to refund you for the item.

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return.

Gift Return

If you are returning an item you received as a gift, please follow the same procedure and send us an email at  hi@jellyfishkids.com and we will advise you how to return the gift product. When the gift product is returned, we will send you a gift voucher of the same value either via email or via courier (your choice).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative please follow the returns process outlined above. We can either exchange your product for another one of the same amount or provide you with a coupon code of the same amount and you can place an order of your choice again.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order before shipping or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. I
