SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Free Home Delivery* (If a Remote Area it will be delivered to the closest ACS Store)

Local Shipping via ACS (for orders within Cyprus)

Shipping within Cyprus is

  • 4.95 EUR to your Door
  • 2.50 EUR for pick up from your local ACS Couriers branch

 

All orders are being dispatched from us next day and should be received by you same day or maximum the next day (depending always on your availability for delivery) Excluding weekends.

 

Free Shipping for all orders above 60 EUR within CYPRUS.

International Shipping

For International shipping we use the Cyprus Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight of the products.

All parcels require up to 7-15 business days for delivery and a tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch. We alwasy try to post the parcels the Same day, latest will be the next Business day

 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 14 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us. Returns will given if the form of a credit refund not cash. 

Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return. Tags on clothing must remain attached.

Any Christmas Presents purchased in December, will have until the 15th January to exchange

Orders past 14 days will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on SALE items and Underwear/Swimwear items due to hygiene reasons.

 

Local Returns (for orders within Cyprus)

  1. Email us at stating your order number (which can be found on the invoice emailed to you) and the products you would like to return and the reason of the return.
  2. Once your email is received and return request is approved, we will send you an email informing you on how to return the products back to us. The return process is to send it back to us at an ACS couriers branch
  3. Return costs are at the customer’s expense

 

International Returns

For International returns you as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns. Jellyfish Kids will not pay the postage of any unwanted items unless they are faulty. Jellfish Kids do not hold any reponsibsibilty for the cost of custom taxes and duties.

Should you receive a faulty item we will arrange repayment of shipping once goods have been received.

 

Please read the instructions on how to return an item;

  1. Email us at stating your order number (which can be found on the invoice emailed to you) and the products you would like to return and the reason of the return.
  2. Please post back to the following address:

Please send your return using a secure and trackable method. Please ask for and keep proof of postage. Posting is your responsibility and if the package is lost we will be unable to refund you for the item.

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return.

 

Refunds

We will refund the amount for the items returned less the original shipping fee charged.

Once your return is received, kindly allow for 5-10 business days to be processed and funds to show in your bank account. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift return. Please see below for Gift returns.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative please follow the returns process outlined above. We can either exchange your product for another one of the same amount or provide you with a coupon code of the same amount and you can place an order of your choice again.

 

Gift Return

If you are returning an item you received as a gift, please follow the same procedure and send us an email at  [email protected] and we will advise you how to return the gift product. When the gift product is returned, we will send you a gift voucher of the same value either via email or via courier (your choice).
